Ajouter 10 à 15 gouttes d’HE* dans un bouchon de shampoing ou autre contenant avec 3 ml d’Émulcia avant de verser dans l’eau de votre bain.
B = Bath: Add 2 to 8 drops of undiluted Essential Oil in 3ml of Emulcia* before adding to bath water.
C = Compress: In a bowl of warm water, pour 4 to 6 drops of Essential Oil and 3ml of Emulcia*. Wait 3 to 5 minutes for the mixture to mix, soak the compress, then wring it out for direct application on the forehead.
*Emulcia = Emulsifies Essentials Oils so they can be mixed water or other neutral base.
